Delivery Times
SKECHERS Online orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday to Sunday. Most orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Shipping notifications are emailed immediately after the order has been shipped.
**SKECHERS Online currently delivers to addresses within Malaysia only. International delivery to addresses outside Malaysia is not available.
Overseas Fulfilled Products
Selected products marked as “Ship from Overseas” may be fulfilled directly from an overseas warehouse and delivered to the customer’s Malaysia shipping address. These products may require approximately 5 to 10 working days for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Overseas fulfilled products may be processed and shipped separately from locally fulfilled products. Customers are advised to ensure that all shipping details are accurate before placing an order, as cancellation or amendment may not be possible once the order has been processed for fulfillment.
Delivery Charges
Local Fulfilled Product Delivery Charges
FREE standard shipping is provided for order values above RM150 for West Malaysia. A standard shipping charge of RM5 will be applied on order values less than RM150 for West Malaysia.
For East Malaysia, standard shipping charge of RM12 will be applied on order values below RM150. While shipping charge of RM8 will be applied on order values above RM150.
Overseas Fulfilled Product Delivery Charges
FREE standard shipping is provided for Overseas Fulfilled Products, unless otherwise specified on the product page, checkout page, promotional terms, or any applicable campaign terms.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping Notifications
Customers will receive notifications to stay updated on the delivery status of their package. Once an order is placed, an order confirmation message will be sent to the customer.
A shipping notification will also be sent once the order has been processed and handed over for delivery.
How do I check my order status?
To check the status of your SKECHERS Online order please click on "My Orders" at the bottom left side of this page. Sign in to "My Account", your order detail will appear, on this page you can check the status of your order.
Order Tacking & Status:
Pending Payment > Order created, edits/updates can be made
Payment Confirmed > Order is in progress, no further changes can be made
Shipped Out > Shipped
Parcel Delivered > Delivered
Order Cancelled > Cancelled
Viewing Your SKECHERS Online Order History
Select the Sign In at the bottom left hand corner of the page and enter your Email and Password. Once logged in, at the left navigation bar and click "My Orders" to view all previous orders.
Tracking Your SKECHERS Online Order
You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.
Order Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellation requests cannot be accommodated once an order has been successfully submitted. Customers are kindly reminded to review all order details carefully, including item, size, colour, quantity, shipping address, and payment information, before confirming the order.
Shipping Address Amendment Policy
Customers who notice incorrect shipping details after placing an order should contact the Customer Service team as soon as possible. SKECHERS will do its best to assist with updating the shipping address before the order is processed for fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes to the shipping address may no longer be possible. Customers are reminded to review all shipping details carefully before confirming an order.
What should I do if I am unable to receive the product at the time of delivery?
Missed Delivery: If you are unavailable during delivery, our partner will attempt to re-deliver on a later date. Please kindly contact us for further assistance.
What should I do if I received the wrong product(s)?
If you placed your order from SKECHERS Online and received the wrong product, please kindly contact us for further assistance.
